  Openings available for Accounting Support Specialist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure timely and accurate support of the company’s retail locations
*Responsible for ongoing training of day to day store level accounting
*Provide on demand guidance and support to a variety
   of user skill levels on multiple applications
*Communicate professionally in written and verbal forms
*Provide required financial information to internal
  and external representatives when requested
*Maintain numerous financial schedules
*Follows company quality, safety, and environmental guidelines
* Preferred Qualifications/Experience/Education
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or 3 years of
   back office retail accounting experience (preferred)
*Must be a self-starter and highly motivated and organized
*Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
*Moderate knowledgeable in Windows Operating systems (specifically Windows 7 and up)
*Familiarity with computer hardware, routers, POS and electronic payment systems a plus
